A private spa is a spa experience that’s reserved just for you and your group, with no other guests around. You have the entire space to yourselves, allowing you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the facilities in complete privacy and comfort, creating a calm and luxurious escape from everyday life.
The minimum number of people is two, and the maximum is six. This helps us ensure a comfortable and private experience for you and your group.
Yes, a staff member will be present upon your arrival to welcome you and check you in. However, once your session begins, there will be no staff present in the spa area. Our spa is designed to be private and self-service, allowing you to enjoy your experience in complete peace and privacy.
Each booking includes a 90-minute session. If you would like more time to relax, you may request additional time for an extra charge, subject to availability.
Yes, towels, robes, and slippers are always provided for our guests. We also supply cotton pads and a hair dryer for your comfort and convenience.
You will have full access to all facilities during your 90-minute session, including a sauna, a steam room, a hot tub, an ice bath, showers, and a relaxation area. The spa is completely private and will be exclusively yours for the duration of your booking.
No, we do not offer treatments such as massages or facials. Our spa experience focuses on providing a private, self-service wellness space for relaxation.
Our packages are priced based on the number of people in your group. The base price includes two people, with an additional per-person charge for any extra guests.
To ensure the privacy and comfort of all guests, groups of three or more must be of the same gender. Mixed-gender bookings are not permitted.

We ask that all guests respect the private and peaceful atmosphere of the spa. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session. As there will be no staff present in the spa area, it is important to always keep the space clean and respectful. Currently, the spa is self-service, and no extra services or add-ons are available. However, you will have full access to all amenities for the duration of your session in a clean and relaxing environment.

Yes, you may reschedule your booking up to five days prior to your scheduled session, subject to availability. Requests made within five days of the booking date cannot be accommodated.
Cancellations made at least seven days prior to your scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within seven days of the booking date are non-refundable.
Both sessions include private access to all spa amenities for two guests, with robes, slippers, towels, and complimentary water provided. You may add up to four additional guests and request extensions, subject to availability.
The Signature session includes additional indulgent touches such as handcrafted mocktails and fruits, use of our in-house body scrub, body butter, and body oil, plus a keepsake bottle to take home.
