  • Spa sessions must be booked through our online booking system, by phone, or through any other booking method we make available.

  • By booking a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are responsible for arriving on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration.

  • We may offer physical or digital products for sale on our website.

  • Product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. 

  • Gift cards may be redeemable only at Six Spa. 

  • They are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law. 

  • Expiration periods, if any, will be stated at the time of purchase. 

  • We may offer spa memberships that provide ongoing access to services or benefits, by purchasing a membership you agree to the following:

    • Memberships renew automatically at the interval discolsed at the time of purchase.​

    • You authorise Six Spa Ltd to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal period until you cancel.

    • Cancellation terms will be specified in the membership description. Cancellation stops future charges but does not guarantee a refund for unused time. 

    • We reserve the right to adjust membership pricing, you will be notified in advance of any changes. 

  • Our website does not require users to create an account, however, the feature remains available to you. You are responsible for the security of your login details. 

  • You agree not to engage in the following while using this website:

    • Violating any local, national or international laws. ​

    • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
