At Six Spa, your well-being and comfort are our top priorities. We’re dedicated to providing a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience. Our policies are designed to be clear and fair to ensure your complete satisfaction.
By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all guests in your party:
Booking Cancellations & Changes
Six Spa reserves the right to cancel your booking, if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
Age Requirements
Our spa facilities are available to guests aged 16 years and older. Children under 16 are not permitted.
Showering
For hygiene purposes, all guests are required to shower before using the spa facilities
Dress Code
A bathrobe and slippers must be worn in the spa area. These will be provided upon arrival.
Sauna Guidelines
When using the dry sauna, it is mandatory to rest your whole body, including your feet, on a towel for hygiene reasons.
Personal Care Restrictions
Personal grooming activities such as shaving, cutting nails, hair dyeing, teeth brushing, and henna application are not allowed on the premises. A fine will be charged for these activities.
Attire
Appropriate swimming attire is required when using our facilities (sauna, steam room, hot tub, and ice pool).
Arrivals & Departure
Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time. Guests must respect their reservation times and vacate the premises promptly. Guests who are more than 30 minutes late will not be permitted to use the spa facilities.
Food & Drink
Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or drinks into the spa. We also do not serve alcohol on-site, and alcohol consumption is prohibited.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Staff Instructions
All guests are expected to follow the guidance of our staff for their safety and comfort.
Group Bookings
Group bookings are exclusively for women or men only.
Liability for Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the spa premises and will be required to pay for repairs or replacements.
Lost or Stolen Items
Six Spa is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
Refundable Payments
All payments are refundable up to 14 days prior to the booking date; after that, no refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling
Reservations may be rescheduled up to 5 days prior to the appointment date. Requests made less than 5 days in advance will not be accommodated.
Health Restrictions
Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or who are pregnant, are not permitted to use the heat-based experiences (such as sauna, steam room, or hot tub) for their safety.
Respect for Boundaries
Six Spa is a place of relaxation and comfort for all. Intimate or inappropriate behaviour is strictly prohibited.
